What are my responsibilities?
1. Setup the service requirements for the new products, setup and manage the CS project plan to make sure CS tasks finished on time aligning with PLM project plan.为新产品设定服务需求,创建并管理CS的项目计划确保CS的任务能够按照PLM的项目计划要求按时完成。
2. Be responsible to some components by distributing CS requirements and experience to PLM for excellent production serviceability by writing technical documentation for easy service activities./负责某些部件,把CS的需求和经验分享给PLM以实现产品的可维护性,编写技术文档以方便维修。
3. Make sure the appointed service requirements are implemented in the products development through the design documents reviewing.
在产品开发过程中通过设计文件的评审来确保指定的服务需求在设计中实现。
4. Contribute to the component test, integrated test and system test to ensure the serviceability. 参与部件测试,集成测试和系统测试,确保可维修性。
5. Plans and schedules serviceability projects, and determines respective budgets. 在部门内制定项目计划并做工作量的评估
6. Contribute to the CR and charm handling to ensure the continous serviceability and spare part support.参与CR和Charm处理,确保持续的可维修性和备件供应。
7. Collect components update information to make sure continuous serviceability and Tdoc update.收集部件的更新信息确保持续的可维修性和技术文档更新。
8. Contribute the updates ( UI ) and new knowledge ( Speedinfo ) to the local CSEs to maintain product at customer site.发布更新和快速消息以助于全球工程师维护系统。
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. At least 1 year experience in customer service or product technical support至少有一年客户支持或者产品技术支持的经验
2. Bachelor or above.本科及以上学历
3. Perfect English 流利的英语
4. Able to be accountable and proactive 工作主动并负责
5. Good communication skills 良好的沟通技巧
