Essential Functions
Determine country harmonized tariff codes & restrictions to import & export merchandise and maintain classification data in SAP and GTC Strategic Solution.
Deep knowledge about trade regulations with directly or indirectly involving with the merchandise.
Provide technical support in case any customs dispute on importation declaration.
Provide guidance on Country of Origin determination
Study the impact to business regarding any update on regulations, support to set up the process and drive the implementation.
Support global trade compliance activities and provide assistance/guidance to other departments to assure compliance with appropriate regulations
Conduct internal audits to determine import and export compliance and develop corrective s and support external audit activities as needed
Responsible for developing and implementing local training: manuals, SOP’s and work instructions to comply with trade requirements

Qualifications:
Bachelor and above degree in international trade or logistics.
Working experience in the field of instrument or equipment will be a plus
Strong written and oral communication for both English and Chinese
Proficient with ERP system such as SAP, MS Office, Access
Required 3 -5 year experience in international and local regulatory work for Importing / exporting Familiar with I/E procedure and customs policy
