Responsibilities:
•Monitor team performance, set up KPI and follow up the KPI monthly
•Build up strong AP team, organize team meeting / training frequently set up team development plan.
•Ensure invoices are posted timely and obtained proper approval and supporting documents
•Communication with IC partners to make sure all the cross-charges booking are timely and accuracy.
•Be responsible to clear GR/IR on timely basis to ensure the accuracy of liability accrual.
•Prepare the pending invoice report weekly and send it to the related buyer/CSR for the issue solving in time.
•VAT input recording and reconciliation
•Responsible for the BS accounts breakdowns prepare to make sure high quality control.
•Support external/internal audit.
•Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager.

Minimum Qualifications:
•College,
•Have at least 5 years related working experience in multi-national company.
•Have at least 1 years team management experience.
•fluent English
•good communication and coordination skills
•Knowledge of accounting processes, experience for ERP
•Strong analytical and troubleshooting, organizational skills
