Work with distributors in customer education and scientific promotion to reach sales target 积极与经销商配合并协同工作,通过为客户提供教育和学术推广达成销售指标
Work with vertical sales team, to initiate local sales plan based on national strategies and execution 根据全国的市场策略,制定区域内的销售策略并执行
Hire/manage/uate ID distributors in territory 招募/管理/评估所辖区域的免疫诊断经销商
Visit end users to deeply understand their needs and questions, and provide timely feedback and solutions to customers. 和重点客户建立并保持沟通,以充分了解市场并对客户的问题提供及时反馈和解决
Organize training and application support to customers and distributors in territory 区域内用户的产品和临床应用培训
任职要求:
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
•Bachelor degree or above in medicine, clinical laboratory, or relevant majors 医学或检验相关专业大学本科以上学历;
•3+ years’ experience in sales and distribution channel management position, with successful track record 有外企医疗行业3年以上的销售和经销商管理工作经验;
•Good communication skill, High team spirit良好的客户沟通技巧,高度的团队协作精神;
•Willing to travel frequently适应经常出差;
•Work hard, and willing to face challenge 乐于接受挑战;
