Responsibilities:
Providing an effective and courteous reception and switchboard service
Ensuring the center is kept as safe and clean with all office supplies at good working conditions
Responsible for the center demonstration and centralized management of the demo
Supporting center activities, including but not limited to seminars/conferences, trainings in the center
Coordinating responsible care activities related to office, including but not limited to maintaining safety checklist, receiving trainings on first aid.
Assist in any ad hoc project as and when required

Minimum Qualifications:
Appropriate secretarial and/or administrative assistant qualifications or ab bachelor degree.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, enabling them to communicate comfortably in a multicultural environment.
Proficiency in standard office computer software, e.g. preparing spreadsheets, correspondence and presentation materials.
Great organization skills including a proven ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A standard of ethics and personal integrity
The ability to seek opportunities to optimize and continuously improve processes
Fluency in English are required

Preferred Qualifications: (optional)
• Working experience in similar Customer Experience/Excellent Center
