Position Summary:
This position is mainly responsible for supporting marketing operation projects, and targets to drive marketing excellence by data, process and tool optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute marketing operation initiatives (e.g. database project, leads management etc.)
Effective master data management (e.g. account, contacts etc.) to meet marketing and commercial needs
Monitor project progress and report on key findings/issues
Raise potential solutions to continuously optimize marketing and data related process
Marketing data analysis
Other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelors degree and above, major in data analysis, information system and marketing is preferred
At least 1-2 years’ project management experience
Attention to detail, analytical mind, excellent communication skills
Work cross functional in a matrix organization
Demonstrate leadership and ownership to drive process/project development
Drive mindset and behavior changes to take on transformation changes
Demonstrate adaptive skills and problem solving capability – business, process, data analytics and people skill
