•熟悉非金属测厚市场,完成销售指标;
•在指定区域寻找新的销售机会
•协调所有商业和技术支持的相关活动;
•确保所有活动都按照组织政策和适用法律进行;
•与辖区内的区域客户保持联系;
•准备销售报告,参与网络漏斗销售过程;
•与本组织其他销售部门密切合作;
•通过与其他部门的销售团队和同事紧密合作,解决客户问题;
•确定并追踪潜在的销售线索,以期产生新的业务;
•在指定区域内开发OEM客户;
•报价,并为获得的订单准备销售合同;
•通过商定条款和条件结束销售;
•协调在指定区域举办重要研讨会;
•在贸易展览或研讨会上进行技术介绍;
•协助推广和宣传手册的有效使用。
职位要求:
•诚实
•本科或以上学历;主修工业自动化或机电专业优先
•6年以上客户管理,销售或相关经验
•在高科技行业有直销经验者优先
•积极主动,能够自我激励
•具有涂料,无纺布,轮胎行业经验更佳
•有核光学传感器知识、经验更佳
•良好的人际交往能力
