职责描述：
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive Biopharm business growth by providing value proposition to customer, identifying key portfolio improvement points, exploring potential opportunities, developing fit-for-use application solutions and building up KOLs as well as regulation maker collaboration.
• Build customer allegiance by providing high-quality application and product technical support for sales and customers to help lead generation and increase case win-rate.
• Organize effective sales training to improve sales/dealers competency.
• Work cooperatively across function to achieve shared ive of CMD.
• Lead team to achieve success and develop team as well as team members.
任职要求：
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
• Master or above in subjects related to analytical chemistry or biological chemistry.
• ＞5 years hands-on lab experience as well as ＞3 years working experience in mass spectrometry instrument industry, working experience in Biopharm industry would be preferred.
• Ambition in driving business growth and team development.
• Effective oral and written communication skills with both English and Chinese.
• Good communication skills and team work spirit.
