1.SUMMARY
The Production Engineer is responsible for the development and ongoing update of manufacturing and shipping activities. Also, the production engineer is responsible for dealing with the problems in the producing process. All above will allow Accuray Chengdu to provide products that meet customer needs and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
生产工程师负责公司的生产制造及运输技术的开发和改进，并解决在实际生产过程中所遇到的各种技术问题，使得公司生产的产品满足法律要求和顾客需求。
2.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1Production Control 产品控制
•Participate in new product development projects to represent manufacturing requirements and goals.
参与新产品的开发计划，满足制造需求和目标。

•Interface with R&D personnel to facilitate the transfer of product designs into manufacturing.
与研发人员接洽，将产品涉及转化为生产。

•Develop requirements for received materials, in-process product, and final product inspection/test.
对原材料、中间产品和最终产品的检测和测试提出要求。

•Responsible for the management of product changes (CA’s) to ensure correct implementation.
对产品工艺进行更新以确保正确实施。

•Assist the development of facility requirements to accommodate production, including workflow, shelving, other storage, and employee workstations.
协助对生产厂房进行管理，包括生产线，搁板柜架，其他容器和员工工作间。

•Develop packaging and shipping requirements so the product can be transported to the customer without damage.
提高包装和运输的技术，满足需求，确保产品能无损的运送到客户手中。

•Interface and support regulatory affairs as required to maintain production processes and facilities in accordance with FDA, OSHA and other applicable regulations.
依照FDA、OSHA以及其他使用性法规支持并维护生产流程和场所的合法性。

•Implementation of special facility controls that may be required, for example ESD, cleanliness, etc.
对特殊场地进行控制并使之符合要求，例如 ESD、清洁、5S等。

2.2PROCESS CONTROL 工艺流程控制
•Set Up WI for Production processes and improvement toward Standardized Work
编写标准化工作的生产工艺流程和优化作业指导书

•Calculation and improvement of cycle time toward maximize capacity utilization
计算和提高工艺时间已达到生产能力的最大效率

•To propose and lead key improvement projects to optimize labor utilization, lower scrap and defective and to improve Material Utilization Index ( MUI)
建议并领导关键改进措施，优化劳动力配置，降低报废率，提高物料利用指数；

•Identify, develop, and design/procure manufacturing tool and fixture requirements.
根据需要确定，开发，设计或采购制造工具和夹具

•Assist in uating, ing, and ordering equipment that is appropriate and cost effective for the manufacture of company products.
协助评估、选择和订购适合公司生产、更具有成本效率的设备

•Oversees the installation, modification, acceptance, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
负责并督促生产设备的安装、验收、改造、升级和维护；

•Assist the identification and hiring of assembly personnel required to assemble, test, and distribute the devices in accordance with the relevant assembly and test work instructions and quality system requirements.
按照工艺文件和工作指导书以及质量系统的要求，协助识别和招聘能进行装配，检测和正确使用设备装置的人员；

•Provide training related associates (including shift leader, operator, etc)
针对生产工艺，为生产线员工提供培训（包括班长，操作员等）；

•Use of the Lean manufacturing principles for Continuous improvement
利用精益生产原则，不断持续改进生产；

•Teamwork with production and Quality teams to complete process improvements
与生产部门和质量部门协作，完成工艺改进；

•Other tasks assigned by superior.

3.1SAFETY AND QUALITY安全与质量
•Ensure safety and quality considerations and requirements are pro-actively addressed and implemented in product design and production processes.保证安全与质量需求的前提下进行产品设计和优化生产流程。
•Address and manage in a timely fashion safety and quality issues raised by customers or staff.及时回应和处理由客户或员工提出的安全与质量缺陷
•Supports Quality System and Safety and Health Program by following procedures and mentoring others.通过以身作责遵从生产规程来支持公司质量系统和安全健康法规，并以此来影响其他员工。
4.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS任职资格
•Bachelor of Science degree, in a production, manufacturing engineering, general engineering field, or equivalent experience.
生产、机械制造及相关工程设计学科或相关本科以上学历；

•Five years experience working in, and/or supervising manufacturing or engineering activities.
5年制造，工程设计行业工作或管理经验；

•Experience with personal computer systems, including word processing, spreadsheet reports, and E mail.
熟练的计算机技能，掌握包括WORD,EXCEL和E-MAIL等办公软件；

•Good written and verbal communication skills, with all levels of employees, suppliers, and customers.
良好的书写和语言表达能力，能与员工、供应商和客户进行良好的交流；

•Experience in writing, reading and interpreting the documentation of designs and production processes.
能编写，阅读和翻译设计和产品流程文件；

•Experience in product testing and calibration and control processes.
熟悉产品检测, 校验和控制过程；

•Experience in ESD and cleanliness special control processes.
具有ESD和清洁特殊控制流程的经验。

•Experience with automated manufacturing systems.有自动化制造的经验。
