职责描述:
Sales & Marketing activities
•Lead “demand creating” activities
•Lead/engaged in activities with users (NGOs, communities)
•Achieve the monthly and annual sales target
•Support marketing events
•Manage and maintain Demo chairs
Dealers
•Develop new dealers
•Existing dealers commercial management
•Ensure order intake.
End users channels
•Develop new customers
•Existing customers commercial management
•Visit hospitals, rehab centers, user groups and make appointments
Users engagement
•Pre sales (measurements, training)
•Cooperate with the Order desk for configuration and quotation.
•After sales support
任职要求:
University degree.
Good rehabilitation knowledge
Dealer management.
At least 5years Rehab/sales field experience, working experience in multi-national rehab center or assistive device supplier is prefererable .
Ambitious, sales oriented, service minded, self motivated, great communication skills, team p and "Can-do attitude". Good business sense and presentatble.
With focus on customer satisf solve the dayly problems that might arise. Requiring new thinking, analytical ability and structure as well the ability to see the big picture of the different issues.
