职位描述
职责描述:
1.Provide strong leadership for sales, commercial and business development teams to ensure the achievement of sales and P&L targets.
2.Work closely with regional management to define strategic plans, business forecast and budget, and optimize resources al.
3.Ensure proper preparation of the sales and commercial plans for the entire product portfolio in accordance with defined strategy and direction.
4.Ensure the proper implementation and follow-up of the sales, commercial and business development plans aligned, and sales and commercial ives achieved.
5.Maintain and foster strong internal cooperation to meet the strategic goals of the organization.
6.Develop business opportunities by identifying potential user and defining market, create and develop new customers, sub-distributors, government organs, hospitals, etc. to ensure the business partners are alinged with the companys ives.
7.Make rapport with key distributors, government organs, hospitals, etc. and anticipate new opportunities.
8.Develop the competency of sales team and support on personnel related policy making.
9.Promote a common vision and ownership of the companys values and strategic ives with all internal and external partners.
10.Contribute to continuous improvement activities for business excellence.
11.Determins annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing sales quotas, projecting expected sales volume and profit, establishing prizing strategy and monitoring cost.
12.Accomplish sales, commercial and business development ives by planning, developing, implementing, and uating sales activities, advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs, develop field sales s plans.
13.Other duties either needed by the position or assigned by the manager.
要求:
1.Bachelor degree or equivalent, master degree will be prefered.
2.At least 3 years experience in a sales management position in multinational medical companies, and experience in rehab indutry will be an advantage.
3.Fluent in oral and tritten English in both Chinese and English.
4.Business acuman and strategic thinking.
5.Ability to read, analyze, interpret sales, management, and financial documents and effectively present information to stakeholders.
6.Ability to make business strantegy, and then break down and manage execution.
7.Ability of problem defining, data collecting, facts establishing, and conclusion making.
8.Leadership including effective communication, empowerment delegation, and driving agenda.
9.Teamwork.
