任职资格：
1、优秀的教育背景
Great educational background
2、虚拟化有丰富的经验
Rich experience in Virtualization ---VMware、Vcloud、VCAC、Docker
3、 熟悉linux/unix操作系统
Familiar with linux/Unix(Redhat, Suse, OEL, Solaris)
4、熟悉shell/Python
Familiar with shell or python
5、 有存储及网络的基础
Has base knowledge about storage and network;
6、 有责任心，具备较强解决问题的能力，有良好的沟通能力和团队精神
Strong problem solving, communication skills and integrative team player
7、英语6级以上，优秀的英文书面和口头沟通技巧。
CET band 6 above, and excellent English written and verbal communication skills
8、 优秀的问题分析与解决能力
Strong analytical & problem solving skills
9、 熟悉微软办公软件
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
10、优先考虑RHCE / Vmware VCP
RHCE / Vmware VCP certification is a plus
