职责描述：
·         负责公司2C，2B端相关的业务分析和跟踪；
Responsible for B2C services ,B2B services business analysis and tracking
·     负责服务上线前的预验收测试；
Responsible for the services pre-user acceptance test before launch.
·      负责方案设计的审核和意见建议反馈；
Responsbile for the arc solution review and feekback .
·      负责需求分析过程中的风险识别，初步评估。
Responsible for the business analysis risk identify, high level impact.
·      负责相关需求的测试用例审核和意见反馈
Responsible for the test case review and provide review comments.
任职要求：
·     有责任心，具备较强解决问题的能力，有良好的沟通能力和团队精神；
Strong problem solving, communication skills and integrative team player.
·         具有优秀的逻辑思维能力，并具有需求判断、引导、控制能力；
Strong Logical thinking, excellent requirement analysis, guiding, control capability.
·     4 年以上需求分析师/业务分析师相关工作经验 ；
4 years+ experience as a requirement analyst/business analyst.
·      优秀的中英语听说写能力，善于沟通；
Excellent command of listening, spoken and written English and Mandarin, Strong communication skills .
·      具有优秀的文档编写能力，能完成高质量的需求说明书等相关文档。
Excellent document writing skill, capable to complete related requirement specification documents in high quality.
·      具有目前主流缓存技术如redis, memcached等使用经验；
Experience of cache technology such as redis, memcached, etc.
· 熟练使用UML者
Familiarity of UML
