Qualification:
PHD or MS in EE, Communication, CS or mathematics
Multi-levels positions open.

Key Skills:
● Video/image post-processing algorithm, at least experience on one of following modules: Deinterlacing, super-resolution, noise reduction, color enhancement, sharpness, MEMC FRC, imaging signal processing (demosaic/ 3As and so on) and panel signal processing.
● good understanding about picture quality on optimizations;
● hands on experience in FIR/IIR design and analysis will be plus;
● C/Matlab modeling,


Responsibilities:
● You will be working with top teams on the video industry to design industry leading algorithm on video processing for high-volume fantastic products;
● Be responsible to deliver hardware quality proven, implementable C model and corresponding algorithm spec to RTL guys for implementation;
● Working on challenging projects and problems with innovation mind and with strong motivations to teamwork with peers;
● Open to involve in new topics and unknown fields (video and signal related) to solve practical problems.
● Clear mind on debugging and problems solving;
