工作职责
1、The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, overseeing, evaluating, developing and delivering business and technical solutions for customer opportunities and projects. He / She will be involved in collaborating with clients and partners to analyze business needs, functional requirements, and system integration and interfaces, and be able to deliver commercially attractive end-to-end solution proposals.

2、Engage in cross-functional in-house and external teams to deliver innovative products, solutions and services, include establish partnership with potential technology and solution partners.

3、Understand the client’s strategy and priorities for investment, negotiate and win new businesses, understand client needs and identify new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets

4、Work with the PCCW bid team, include open/closed bidding, deliver competitive solution for winning the tender.

5、Work closely with Sales Team in developing new business and closing deals.
配合销售开发新业务并确保赢得订单。
6、Successful delivery and client satisfaction with the contracted services.

7、Understand the future customer, industry and IT trends and the competitor’s products and solutions. Apply this understanding to develop robust and state of the art solutions, and identify opportunities for future business.

8、Possess strong experience and knowledge in a few of these Subject Matter : BSS/OSS (CRM、Billing、BI、OSS、OMS、IP、SDP), Telecommunications Services/Network/IT system, Customer Experience Management, Digital solutions, e-Commerce, mobile money and payment solutions, IoT, Smart City Solutions, Big Data Analytics.
在下述领域掌握丰富的知识和经验：BSS/OSS (CRM、Billing、BI、OSS、OMS、IP、SDP), 电信业务/电信网络/电信IT系统, 用户体验管理，数字化服务，电子渠道，移动支付，物联网，智慧城市，大数据分析。
The Person:
任职资格
1、Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、电子工程等相关专业
2、A minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT profession，Analysis and implementation experience in Communications, Media, Utilities industries.。
5年以上IT领域相关工作经验，在通信运营商/媒体，公用事业行业有咨询和实施的项目经验。
3、Possess strong experience and knowledge in a few of these Subject Matter : BSS/OSS (CRM、Billing、BI、OSS、OMS、IP、SDP), Telecommunications Services/Network/IT system, Customer Experience Management, Digital solutions, e-Commerce, mobile money and payment solutions, IoT, Smart City Solutions, Big Data Analytics。
在下述领域掌握丰富的知识和经验：BSS/OSS (CRM、Billing、BI、OSS、OMS、IP、SDP), 电信业务/电信网络/电信IT系统, 用户体验管理，数字化服务，电子渠道，移动支付，物联网，智慧城市，大数据分析。
4、Familiar and willing to learn common and latest technologies and trends e.g. Web, EAI/Bus, Mobile Apps, Java, ETL & Analytics, IoT, VR/AR, Machine Learning, Cloud services, etc.
