职责描述：
Responsibility
• Design, Build, Test, and Deploy integration solutions for Workday
• Troubleshoot integration issues requiring in depth expertise in the Workday solution
• Coordinate assigned deliverable schedules to ensure client’s timelines are met. Provide guidance to clients
or service partners on integration strategies.
• Contribute to the customers’ experience with Workday’s integration products, tools, and services in a way
that results in high customer satisfaction

• Ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
• Highly developed problem solving skills
• Full understanding of ERP project life cycle and development methodologies like PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle EBS
• Demonstrated integration experience in Human Resources related domains, (Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.) and/or Financials Management.
• Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
• Fluent in English, excellent written, verbal and strong interpersonal skills are required
Required Experience
• Bachelor Degree in HR, IT or Business and/or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years integrating SaaS/Cloud-based ERP systems with other third-party service vendors
• Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net or other integration technologies
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Workday integration, HCM/Financial Certification is strongly preferred.
• Experience in Workday – HCM, Report Writer, EIB, Workday Studio
