Responsibilities:

1.Manage the execution of project activities as per the defined procedure and standards, provides direction and oversight regarding the resource, scope, cost, schedule, quality and tracking, ensure timely project delivery with excellent quality
2.Solve technical issues and provide technical support.
3.Prepare staffing plan & allocation of resources.
4.Solve any issue/conflicts within own set of projects
5.Improve customer relations by way of effective communication, managing expectation and meeting commitments.
6.Responsible for goal setting, Coaching and performance appraisal for team members


Requirement:
1.10+ years of experience in Project/People Management
2.Has experience in at least one following skill: Java/.Net, SFDC, Digital, Cyber Security
3.Rich experience on delivering Japanese projects
4.Excellent communication in English. Deep understanding on Japanese culture
5.Passion on Technical and passion on solving difficult business issues for clients,
6.Professional, Positive, and active.
7.Bachelor or above degree
