The incumbent should be able to demonstrate proven and thorough knowledge /success in

supporting large multinational teams through the design and implementation of changes to

strategy and operations. The following skills are most essential:

 Strategic, analytical and creative thinking, structured problem solving approach, and taking

individual initiative

 Ability to derive meaningful insights for the client from industry and market trends

 Ability to build solid and collaborative relationships with team members

 Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

 Skills in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word

 Experience in working with database such as Capital IQ, Avention, Factiva, World Bank etc.

 Basic understanding of Project Management techniques and tools
