•Enable quality excellence within product units through test techniques, process, frameworks and tools
•Lead a team of talented developers in a multi-technology environment:
•Responsible for maintaining a high-performance development team
•Developing/guiding/motivating both hard and soft skills to adapt fast changes
•Work closely/collaborate across roles, functions and teams, as well as with colleagues in other countries and customers/partners when needed.
•Able to understand and play an active role in all aspects of the development process (of both new and existing applications and functionality)
•Stay current on technology and understand how it may fit into or advance our new strategic direction
•Be comfortable wearing multiple hats in an evolving and diverse environment: working with Html, Web Servers, Databases, DevOps etc.
•Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, JavaScript, Python and T-SQL
•Proficient in server side development like Java, NodeJs or Ruby
•Excellent knowledge in OO software architecture/design and application integration
•Good knowledge of micro-services experience and distribution system concept
•Good sense on build up high-performance and high-available system
•Solid experience with web development, Spring Eco, ORM
•Familiar with public middleware components (MQ, Cache, NoSQL etc.)
•Have a solid foundation with relational database and T-SQL
•Familiar with big data framework (Hadoop, HBase etc..) will be a plus item
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
•Responsible for architecting cloud solution design and development of SAP Cloud Solutions into the SME Segment
•Ensure SAP Cloud Solutions business value messaging is evident in all development activities
•Coach technical team members in their working activities (solution design drill-down, code review, developing skilling engagement, deployment and test etc.)
•Provide technical team members with templates/samples as needed
•Create checklists for go-live standard and delivery for technical team members to aid in solution packaging, rapid delivery and POCs if necessary
•Maintain information on readiness and provide benchmark
•Design SME readiness plans per project and develop supporting materials when necessary
•Create materials for knowledge sharing and leverage existing materials as needed
•Assist BA doing pre-sales engagement such as architect design, solution proposal, POC, etc.
• Support BA for SME Segment accounts by building and executing their solution plans
WORK EXPERIENCE
•Minimum 5 years’ experience in Software Development with proven technical and development process skills
•Well-informed and technically sound in prevailing web / cloud programming languages, architecture & infrastructure
•Prior experience in delivering cloud software
•Prior experience with SaaS, PaaS applications
•Business fluent English
