职责描述：
1. Mentor the QA engineers and efficiently manage the resources to support the projects and ensure the quality delivery
2. Define test strategy and test plan based on software development plan for the projects
3. Oversees and actively participates in test execution and the development of testing artefacts, including: performance test requirements, defect tracking and reporting, performance test plans, cases, scripts, reports, etc. for assigned projects
4. Consult with product development to evaluate system interfaces, operational requirements, and performance requirements of overall system
5. Define test methods and create test plans for new or updated software projects to determine if the software will perform accurately and reliably according to documented requirements as well as established standards under both normal and abnormal conditions
6. Recommend design improvements or corrections to engineers throughout the development process
7. Maintain effective communication with the project software engineers on project limitation, capability, performance requirement and hardware interface changes
8. Monitor program performance after implementation to prevent reoccurrence of program operating problems and ensure efficiency of operation
9. Formulate and design software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design
10. Create test tools that facilitate data gathering and test method execution
任职要求：
1.Mandatory: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent technical Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience. BS/MS degree in Computer Science is most preferred.
2.3 years’ working experience in software testing industry. Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
3.Familiar with at least one programming language, like Java, Python…Prefer to have experience to use selenium testing framework
4.Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies tools and processes. Prefer to have experience to test video content analysis application and website
5.Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing. Prefer to have experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
6.Hands on experience with automated testing tools. Experience with performance and/or security testing is plus
7.Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
8.Excellent analytical skills
9.Experience working in a multinational corporation or worldwide enterprise
