Job Description:
•Responsible for timely & accurate month-end closing and reporting to HQ;
•Timely follow-up and resolving of BS reconciliation items and aging items;
•Prepare variance analysis report with commentary and PPT for presentation to HQ;
•Review project P&L and project status report together with the delivery team;
•Work closely with the business units for the preparation of monthly forecast, quarterly forecast and yearly budget;
•Liase with HQ on new reporting requirements, system roll-out/upgrade and ad-hoc request;
•Interface with external auditors to ensure that all statutory requirements are met and that tax returns are files in accordance with applicable laws and statutes;
•Assist in prompt review of cash flow status; work closely with the bank for the issuance of banker guarantee;
•Supervise a team of 10 in multiple cities to create standard processes, controls and ensure all aligned to HQ processes and continuous improvement in business process effectiveness and efficiency;
•Participate in the financial evaluation of proposal
The Successful Applicant:
•University degree holder with professional accounting qualification preferred (e.g. CPA, ACCA)
•Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a multinational company, 3 years on management position.
•Strong communication skills in English and Chinese are essential
•Attention to details (especially in numbers), while demonstrating good business acumen as well
•High personal integrity and strong commitment to ethical behavior
•Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
