职责描述：
KEY TASKS:
• Oversee all facets of VLM.
• Take on tasks required of VLM to ensure that your team can succeed in meeting deadlines.
• Ensure the team provide timely and accurate information to their customers
• Coach and develop staff within your team
• Effectively understand the implications of financial and operational aspects of business to ensure optimum performance of the team
• Build the trust of your team and inspire teamwork
• Develop the performance of the team
• Create a team identity
• Manages relationship between the team and other functional units within the company
• Maintain excellent vendor relationships
• Build customer picture of Insight as the “premier provider” of VLM services
• Work with Sales Management to actively target and win new business
• Provide presentations to internal customers as required
• Continually monitor the efficiency of the Department and its personnel. Implement monitoring tools to assess performance
• Ensure skills transfer occurs among staff within Department
• Ensure all Departmental procedures are fully documented and updated
• Assist with all facets of VLM
• Deal with Microsoft contracts, rebate, incentive
• Keep relationship with Microsoft
• Lead the Microsoft Cloud Service Partner Program
Requirements:
• Advantage with knowledge on Microsoft Licensing and incentive program
