岗位职责：
• Working with business users to gather requirements, writing requirement functional specifications
• Understanding business purpose and analyzing business scenario in order to straight out business process and data flow corresponding
• Conducting requirements analysis, meeting with business owners, and performing current state system analysis
• Managing business customers’ expectation
• Managing any change request from business user and maintain the requirement traceability matrix.
• Work with PM and development team to clarify the requirement.
• Managing delivery progress of the requirements, Analyzing and controlling the risk
• Ensured consistency of work, punctuality of deliverables and overall adherence to schedule.
• Effectively communicates relevant project information to management.

• Candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with and across functional background
• Excellent client management skill.
• Pro-active problem solving abilities。
• Exceptional work ethic, ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines, and demonstrates enthusiasm towards colleagues and teams.
• At least 4 years’ hands-on experiences as a business analyst.
• Capability on drafting the requirement document.
• Familiarly with software development life cycle.
• Good English and communication skills.
