Role & Responsibility:
As Senior ETL Developer, the person should be responsible for:
• Responsible for the design, development, and support of ETL applications for BI group
• Assist with data analysis
• Providing guidance and direction to Onsite/Offshore ETL support/development resources
• Interacting with other BI team members, offshore team members, and cross-IT staff on support and project activities
• Assist with task identification and effort estimates for ETL development
• Assist with risk and issue identification
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:
• 4 year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent on-the-job experience
• At least 7 years of relevant work experience
• At least 4 years of ETL application development experience with excellent ETL development skills utilizing an ETL tool (i.e. SSIS, C#, etc.)
• At least 2 years of ETL design experience with strong ETL design skills
• At least 2 years of scrum master experience
• Experience leading other developers
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent SQL skills
• Strong understanding of Dimensional Modeling techniques
• Proficient in Microsoft Office


Preferred Skills and Experience:
• MS SSIS experience
• MS SQL Server database experience
• Experience leading offshore resources
• ITIL certification
