职责描述：
As a Senior Test Manager for Connected Car and Mobility Services you advise and support our automotive customers in all test questions based on the NTT DATA test method in mid-size to large scale projects. You independently design, control and monitor all test activities in some complex, classic as well agile customer projects.
Responsible for creating classic and agile test strategies, test concepts and test plans in close coordination and collaboration with our automotive customers.
Set up suitable test environments and implement them together with our customers focusing on end-to -end testing of Connected Car and Mobility Services.
Responsible for the technical management of on-site and offshore intercultural testing teams .
Coach and advise our customers on concepts in the test environment, such as to efficient test process automation and / or testing methods.
任职要求：
Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or comparable education.
At least 5 years of experience as a test manager with test processes and test methods in classic as well as agile project environments (preferably in the consulting environment) .
Certified according to ISTQB, Advanced Level (Test Manager).
Hands-on experiences in programming Java or HTML/JS (Backend and Frontend) and familiar with tools like HP-ALM, JIRA, Confluence and knowledge about UX-Design GIT/SVN.
Experience in managing complex projects as well as in the technical leadership of larger, intercultural project teams .
Work independent and autonomous achieving high quality standard.
Confident presence, including at top management level, and have strong communication and presentation skills, including in an intercultural context.
Sense for people, a good eye for emerging issues in complex project situations and also bring with you coaching expertise on test / quality management topics.
In addition, it is easy for you to prepare and convey complex and technical issues to suit your individual needs.
