Job Description:
1. Install, configure, maintain and Operate application and integration services and utilities used in the department.
2. Deployment, log review, troubleshooting, patching and upgrading.
3. Take ownership of daily tasks as well as long term project and other related assignments with focus on quality, compliance and security.
4. Maintaining and developing the operation environment with the technologies.
5. Actively contribute to improvements and optimisations.
6. Participate in, and limited occasional work outside normal working hours to support time critical projects.
7. Develop new routines and processes as part of implementation or migration projects.
8. Trouble shooting on failed executions
9. Candidate must be prepared to work within a team on a standby roster for 24*7*365 support.
10. Participate in Bid process where special middleware knowledge is required.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree, Major in Computer Science or Information Technology
2. 3+ years Weblogic support and operation experience. Preferred experience with operation, design and architecture of Application server, Integration Server and other Middleware utilities and programs.
3. Familiar with Oracle WebLogic 11g, with in-depth knowledge of:
3.1. WLST Scripting
3.2. Oracle JRockit
3.3. JVM Tuning
3.4. Coherence
4. Furthermore, in-depth knowledge is required for Oracle SOA suite, with focus on:
4.1. Oracle 10g and Oracle 11g
4.2. BPEL
4.3. Oracle Service bus (OSB), Enterprise Service bus (ESB), Mediator
4.4. Oracle Advanced Queuing (AQ) and Message Queue (MQ)
4.5. General daily operations
5. General knowledge about SAP, IDocs, Oracle Enterprise Repository, Oracle Service Registry, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports.
6. Good communication skills and good team work spirit. The candidate must be able to communicate concepts and complex technical solution with an abstraction that addresses the actual audience.
7. Good initiatives to improve the middleware service.
8. Fluent in English.
