Job description:
You will work with team to provide windows server services as below as well as troubleshooting and service request.
Daily check on Windows servers and backups
Windows server installation and decommission
Microsoft Active Directory management
File and print server support
Incident handling, trouble shooting.
Monitoring
Project involved
The working procedures/processes, such as incident/request handling, escalation, issue follow up, are very important and should be followed in your daily work.
Working hours is from 9:00- 17:30 and we provide flexible working hour.
NNIT will provide necessary training on the technology related with your business field, English, communication and ITIL process. The training can be internal and/or external, domestic and/or abroad.
Your profile:
A bachelor/Master degree in IT field is a plus.
Good skills on English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
Customer oriented, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills are required.
Be able to work independently under pressure.
Be interesting in IT, and can learn fast.
Have Strong IT fundamental knowledge for further development.
Basic knowledge of relational database concept is required.
Be familiar with Windows Server platform and the common used server role, like DNS, DHCP, etc.
Be familiar with Active Directory
Basic knowledge on network is a plus.
