Team
NNIT (Tianjin) Technology Co., Ltd is seeking a professional employee as IPT (IP telephony) Consultant. The Unified Communication Team is managing IPT servers for several global customers and China local customers.
Challenges
You should participate in day to day tasks and projects with the global team on IPT support. The task/project can be the IPT server’s management and maintenance, and other general day to day operations, consultancy service or project implementation for customers.
You are going to have different tasks in the design, implementation, hand-over to operation and service development. We are working with a variety of technologies primarily Cisco and Microsoft. You will have the following responsibilities and tasks:
- Advice to existing and new customers regarding optimization and further development of their Cisco Contact Center/unified call manager and Microsoft Skype enterprise voice (EV) solutions - both technologically and commercially
- Design and implementation of solutions in collaboration with your colleagues
- Optimization of Cisco contact center/unified Call manager and other IPT services ensuring that our unified communication delivery model are up to date
- You will work very closely with your Danish counterparts as one team on the daily operation tasks and projects. You also can handle the challenging tasks independently.
Working hours normally is from 8:30- 17:00 and it is flexible.
Development
We will invest on your professional and personal development. So you will take training on the technology related with your business fields, also on foreign languages, communication and other “soft” skills. The training can be internal and/or external, domestic and/or abroad.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree with minimum 3 years’ working experiences on IPT areas. You should have strong IPT operation and trouble shooting skills.
- Experience in Unified Communications using Cisco product.
- Further preferable knowledge in the area:
- Rightfax
- Farlon, Mitel(Netwise) and Trio switchboard
- Cisco Unity/Unity Express
- Cisco Video Conference Systems
- General cisco Network and QoS
- Knowledge on Voice Gateway, Call Manager, UNITY, Attendant Console, Contact Centre etc.
- Hands on experience in configuring IP Telephony setup using Call Manager and Call Manager Express with Unity and Unity Express.
- Should have good understanding of signaling standards and protocols.
- Cisco Certifications CCNP required.
- Network operation experiences are preferred.
- Excellent Written and Oral English is needed when you will support global customers.
