NNIT (Tianjin) Technology Co., Ltd seeks a junior network consultant. You will work as a member of network group to support a key customer.

Challenges

You will work with team to provide network services such as installation, migration, modification, replacement of network devices as well as troubleshooting.

The working procedures/processes, such as incident/request handling, escalation, issue follow up, are very important and should be followed in your daily work.

Working hours is from 9:00- 18:00.

Development

NNIT will provide necessary training on the technology related with your business field, English, communication and ITIL process. The training can be internal and/or external, domestic and/or abroad.




Qualifications

Official university with CS, MIS, IS, or information system related degree

Basic network knowledge, a Cisco certification is preferred

Rich knowledge for information system and Good at client hardware/software setup and trouble shooting

Good Written and Oral English

Good communication and co-operation

Be able to work in a busy environment and at the same time provide good service
