职位:运营助理(外派顶尖外资证券公司)
工作地点:北京金融街

The work scope of sales assistant are but not limited to:
1) TEAM BUSINESS SUPPORT
•Update team products, including A-share daily / Global market for domestic investors daily
•SH Morning Meeting Print-outs
•Management Pack & MIS update
•Analyst / Corporate / Expert roadshow coordination
•Business analysis / team meeting / TOWNHALL materials
•Help with event planning and management (Seminars and Conferences)
2)ADMINISTRATION WORK
•Client entertainment arrangement / restaurant / meeting room booking / meal ordering
•T&E, travel booking / visa / reimbursement / license
•Report download / wind data collection / NEO / EP / Roadshow logistic / Agenda / contact maintenance
•Bloomberg / Wind / RootNet / Other system access application
•Client a/c opening follow-up, KYC / Contract chopping
•Help with event planning and management (Seminars and Conferences)
3)QUALIFICATION
•Bachelor or higher degree
•Good speaking and writing English
•Skillful in Microsoft Office
•A team player
•2-3 years working experience preferred
