职责描述：
1. Contribute to growth in IBM GBS new business, revenue and profit from Chemistry & Petroleum or Real Estate companies
2. Contribute to thought leadership and point of view materials aligned with select domain
3. Maintain business controls for pipeline reporting and signings/revenue forecasting
4. Understand client needs and industry trends and develop winning proposals, applying IBM’s consulting and technology/data capabilities
5. Translate winning proposals into referenceable client project delivery – leading medium to large project teams with responsibility for overall successful delivery

任职要求：
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above
2. Excellent skill and communication and negotiation
3. Large scale project management experiences
4. At least 5 years experience in Chemistry & Petroleum or Real Estate
5. At least 10 years experience in selling and delivery complex consulting projects for a Tier 1 consultancy
6. At least 10 years experience in negotiating and selling consulting or implementation projects
7. At least 10 years experience in formal project management methodology
8. At least 3 years experience in Big Data and/or Cognitive Computing (Artificial Intelligence) and/or Smart Manufacturing solutions.
9. More than 15 years working experience
