职责描述：
制定有效的招聘计划和策略，达到相应工作规定的招聘目标。（时间、成本、质量）
与人力资源经理协作通过审查和阐明工作的规定、要求、能力以及技能等各种方面去寻找合适的候选人。
通过不同的渠道寻找应聘者，如招聘广告、猎头公司、求职网站以及招聘会。
初步筛选求职者，结合简历和资格证书等决定候选人，与人力资源经理协商安排面试。
参与面试的全过程和部分环节，包括薪资沟通、员工背景调查、与人力资源业务伙伴协作以确保新员工的入职与任职培训。
了解当前的就业市场趋势, 并对主要的就业市场动向进行分析和总结。
开发新的招聘渠道如社交媒体、工作门户和移动应用等，与大学合作伙伴紧密合作, 协调校园招聘工作, 提升公司品牌知名度。

任职要求：
人力资源相关的专业，全日制本科以上的学历。
在IT领域有至少3年以上的工作经验，熟悉招聘的基本流程以及招聘规则。
良好的沟通、协调、解决问题以及判断能力。
能够独立完成工作，具有良好的团队意识以及服务意识。
