Level 3 Support for Linux
•Automation of tasks using scripting languages as bash/python/perl/ruby
•Resolve escalations from L1.5 Support team or other teams on support of Linux Servers
•DNS Administration
•LDAP Administration
•RSA|PAM Administration
•Install/Uninstall Packages and dependencies
•SSL Administration
•Interaction with other teams to solve a contingency(Storage, Networking, DBAs, Windows, Developers, et
•Decommission of a Server
•RCA for issues.
•Analysis and Troubleshooting of OS services
•Understanding of stats in a server(load/cpu/memory/io/etc)
岗位职责:
Mandatory
•Understanding of DNS, NIS, NFS, SSL, PXE boot
•Basic shell scripting knowledge (sh/csh/bash/perl)
•Good understanding of TCP/IP and OSI layer architecture
•Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
•Able to analyze and understand OS related issues.
•Ability to perform system monitoring via sar, vmstat, iostat, etc.
•Excellent written and verbal English level
•Excellent communication skills.
