GSS Delivery Specialist for Mainframe
Responsibilities
•Take charge of project delivery for storage on Mainframe platform
•Take charge of daily operation for storage on Mainframe platform, work as owner to do trouble shooting, escalate case and trace problem solving progress
•Keep good communication with customer, dig out future requirement from customer, then work closely with sales team to win new business
•Perform other duties as required or directed by manager

Qualification
•Bachelor degree or above on Computer Science or related majors；Fluent in English, can communicate with global support team
•8+ years working experience in IT industry, 5+ years mainframe related experience; Be familiar with project delivery and residence service process
•Be familiar with ZOS, understand CICS and DB2; Good knowledge of Core-Banking system
•Be familiar with hi-end storage (Hitachi Vantara, IBM, EMC and so on), skilled in storage operation and Disaster Recovery
•Positive, open mind to cope with challenging situation. Good communication with internal (Sales/Pre-sales/Team Member) and external (customers and partners). Should be a team player.

•负责与大机（Mainframe）相关的存储日常运维工作，并作为接口人，负责相关的问题处理，升级和追踪
•通过与客户日常良好沟通，了解客户未来的技术需求，支持销售和售前的业务活动
•遵从Hitachi Vantara公司政策，承担由经理分配的其他工作

资格要求
•本科及以上学历，专业为计算机或相关专业, 英语能和国外支持团队沟通
•8年以上工作经验，5年以上大机（Mainframe）相关工作经历, 熟悉项目实施和日常运维流程
•熟悉大机（Mainframe）ZOS，了解CICS和DB2，熟悉银行业客户核心业务
•熟悉企业级存储（Hitachi，EMC，IBM等），掌握存储的常规操作和容灾技术
•积极乐观，对于挑战抱有开放心态，具有良好的内外部沟通能力和团队合作精神
