Key Responsibilities:
•Provide effective analysis of monthly actual financial variance analysis, KPIs performance and business reports for senior management review and identify business trends.
•Manage rolling forecast & budget submissions every month/quarter, to ensure that Group reporting & forecasting is timely and accurate
•Review and develop FP&A calendar to BU finance team to ensure smooth financial planning cycle, implementing, controlling & documenting FP&A processes
•Deliver the project ROI analysis for senior management review and make decision
•Manage financial system including budgeting system, internal transaction system, reporting system and other systematic process linking with budgeting and forecasting to ensure reporting and data accuracy and updating in time
Job Specifications:
•Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance or related subjects.
•Qualified Accountant with 5-10 years FP&A manager experience in central FP&A.
•Able to handle forecasting & reporting cycle independently (eg Quarterly Forecast, period review and Budget)
•Experience in evaluating business case with professional advice to the senior management team
•Good numeric ability and attention to details. Strong knowledge in performing financial reporting and analysis.
•Able to work independently and meet with multiple deadlines
•Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and people management skill
•Well-versed with MS Excel and strong analytical skill
