工作职责
-Source and screen investment deal candidates; conduct business and financial analysis on target industry segment and companies
-Lead and facilitate financial, technology and business due diligence for target candidates
-Prepare internal review and approval documents
-Drive investment negotiation, closing, and related events
-Track financial and business performance of invested companies and prepare written update
-Facilitate the implementation and development of business cooperation between Baidu and invested companies
-Develop internal and external connections to develop deal pipeline
-Conduct corporate strategy research upon need
-Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by manager
任职资格
-Strategic thinking, strong analytical skill
-In depth understanding of internet and mobile business
-BS or BA degrees from top universities; MBA or PhD preferred
-5+ years in investment, consulting, investment bank, corporate venture, or strategy development
-A self-starter, personable, articulate is preferred
