工作职责
-Conduct business and financial analysis on target industry segment and companies
-Assist financial, technology and business due diligence for target candidates
-Prepare internal review and approval documents
-Coordinate investment negotiation, closing, and related events
-Track financial and business performance of invested companies and prepare written update
-Assist corporate strategy research upon need
任职资格
-Strong analytical skill and fast learning
-Strong interest and knowledge of internet
-Good team player
-BS/BA or MS/MA degrees from top universities; MBA, PhD，CFA and CPA is a plus
-1 to 3 years in investment, consulting, investment bank, corporate venture, strategy development，PM and engineering relevant
-A self-starter, personable, articulate is preferred
