职位: 主任声学工程师
岗位职责
1.领导音响系统的调整, 包括扬声器和麦克风系统的客户的产品, 如耳机, 便携式扬声器, 智能扬声器和专业音箱。
2.开发声学系统解决方案, 为获奖项目提供产品原型、声学设计导线和制造工艺支持。
3.支持 FAE (现场应用工程师), 并在客户项目上执行声学工程功能。
4.与第三方认证实验室合作, 协助语音产品通过认证, 如 3GPP, 服务, 亚马逊语音, 谷歌语音助理, 微軟小娜, Skype 等,
5.与项目组长和 PM 共同解决工程问题。
6.监控和评估适合语音通信、语音识别和高质量记录等的创新技术, 与第三方开发商和承包商建立和协调活动, 建立声学系统技术包括回放與麥克風。
岗位要求:
1.碩士学位或以上, 数学, 物理, 电气工程, 声学, 计算机科学或同等学历。
2.7年以上声学背景工作经验, 包括各类麦克风系统、扬声器系统、宽带通信、语音识别和录音技术。
3.熟悉各种窄带和宽带声学通信标准和语音识别标准, 如 TIA、3GPP、微软小娜、AVS、谷歌语音助理等,
4.具备软件/固件开发过程的工作知识, 具备基本的能力与 SW 工程师的沟通。
5.具备数字信号处理的工作知识, 包括回声抵消, 回声抑制, 噪声抑制, 开关损耗和全双工系统, 子技术, 波束形成, 麦克风 。
6.具有 dsp 信号处理的工作知识, 具有与算法和芯片供应商, 如 ARM, FPGA 和 dsp 的溝通能力。
7.能够使用实验室设备, 如示波器, 信号分析仪, AP, Soundcheck和熟悉声学测试原理和实践。能够与客户沟通, 有能力作为 FAE 的角色来支持销售。
8.熟练英语读写能力,良好的英语沟通能力.
Job Title:Principal Acoustic Engineer
Working place:Hi-tech park, Nanshan District, Shenzhen
Job Responsibilities
•Lead the tuning of acoustic system including speaker and microphone system for customer’s product, such as headphone, portable speaker, smart speaker and professional monitor.
• Develop the acoustic system solution to support the product prototypes, acoustic design guide line and manufacturing processes for the awarded projects.
•Support the FAE (field application engineer) and execute the acoustic engineering function on the customer’s project.
•Work with the 3rd party certification Lab to assist the voice product to pass the certification, such as 3GPP, ACQUA, Amazon Voice Serive, Google Voice assistant, Cortana, Skype etc.,
•Work with projects team leaders and PM to solve the engineering issues.
•Monitor and evaluate innovation technologies which is suitable for voice communication, voice recognition and high quality recording etc.,
•Establish and coordinate activities with third party developers and contractors to build up the acoustic system technology including playback tuning and microphone system.
Job Qualifications:
1.Master’s degree in Mathematical, Physical, Electrical Engineering, Acoustics, Computer Science or equivalent.
2.7+ years acoustics background experience
3.Working knowledge of acoustics telecommunications, including various types of microphone systems, speaker systems, wideband telecommunications, voice recognition and recording technology.
4.Familiarity with various narrow band and wide band acoustic telecommunication standards and voice recognition standard, such as TIA, 3GPP, MSFT Cortana, AVS, GVA etc.,
5.Working knowledge of software/firmware development processes and have basic capability to communication with SW engineer.
6.Working knowledge of digital signal processing, including echo cancellers, echo suppression, noise suppression, switched loss and full duplex systems, sub-band technologies, beam forming, microphone voting.
7. Working knowledge of DSP signal processing and have capability to communicate with algorithm and chip vendor, such as ARM, FPGA and DSP.
8.Able to use lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal analyzers, AP, Sound check and familiarity with acoustic testing principles and practices.
9.Able to communicate with customers and have capability to have capability as FAE role to support the sales.
10.Fluent English capability to communication with customer and supplier.
