1、Handle and manage Design Verification test of our products & key components, including generate and implement test plan & test report & test schedule & issues management, etc. The design verification test should base on Product MRD (Marketing Requirement Document) & ETS (Engineering Target Spec.) & International General Test Standards, etc.

2、During DV test, find out and record bugs or issues and do more failure analysis with Design engineer to find root cause. Verify the solution of bugs or issues fix them. Meantime systematize all test results & issues of our products in Wiki / Jira systems. Use of new techniques is often required in problem solutions.

3、Work with Marketing & Sales closely and to do more Beta Field Test & Rolling Reliability Test to know the real requisition from Customer and detail application of our products. Also need to do more special required test and analysis, such as evaluation test of OEM or competitor’s products, etc.

4、Skillful technical contributions to a project and enhance the success of the project by contributing innovative ideas.

5、Performs necessary work to accomplish specific task/team objectives within overall cost and schedule. Perform failure analysis for some field failure etc.



任职要求：

1、Bachelor degree or above in : EE / Wireless Communication / Chemistry / or relevant discipline

2、Experienced engineering skills & abilities in: Gas Detecting or Application / Equipment Assembly & Testing / Electric Product Technical Management / etc.

3、Clear understanding of engineering process.

4、Strong testing & analytical skills.

5、Good conception of Quality Control
