职位描述
Responsibilities
Account Administration: Assist in submitting and finalizing customer data and support line items updating
Internal Engagement Request: Assisting in submitting requests for internally funded customer engagements
Sales services for premier contract: Assisting in setting up contract and managing customer invoices
Project Maintenance: Assisting the Microsoft Delivery personnel in finalizing and submitting engagement and project maintenance requests
Documentation library Setup and Maintenance: Assisting in configuring and maintaining sites for customer documentation.
Customer satisfaction Forecast and Survey: Assisting in updating engagements to be surveyed and Engagement Manger’s customer satisfaction prediction
Requirements
Excellent English oral, written skill.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to enable you to articulate complex problems succinctly.
Illustrate service delivery and customer impact though influence and a positive “can do” attitude.
Attention to details.
Time management skills to deliver service(s) in a timely manner.
Prioritization skills to manage multiple requests.
Ability to identify a red flag or roadblocks in the processes. Report and address them in a proactive and timely manner.
Self-directed learner: Capable of ramping up quickly and learning & leveraging current tools and processes
Proven problem solving skills and the ability to think critically; and use a logical approach to determine the best solution/innovative ideas in ambiguous situations where minimal information is provided.
Process Documentation: Ability to follow instructions, review team process documentation and provide knowledgeable feedback.
Organizational skills: ability to document and quickly reference information and knowledge provided by internal resources.
Relationships: Able to develop and maintain good working relationships across functional groups. Ability to work independently, while in a team environment.
