Job Description
1. Leading service delivery in account, assure SLA fulfillment in contractual SOW, especially in infrastructure management, Server, Network, Cloud on VMWare and Security
2. Leading service operation and excellence driven, continuously drive operation performance, efficiency & productivity
3. Manage account delivery cost and financial performance, drive financial optimization through efficiency improvement and innovation breakthrough
4. Review and Build Infrastructure solution to support Infrastructure Change solution
5. Develop customer relationship and gratify customer expectation on service quality, and promote customer satisfaction/loyalty
6. Talent development to growth team to sustain account long term expansion & growth
Requirements
1. Over 10 years IT service delivery management experience in DC Operation, Cloud Managed Service
2. Ability in operation excellence to drive service delivery improvement & enhancement, in both technical innovation & operation efficiency
3. Ability to build structured delivery cost/budget and manage execution and conduct financial optimization
4. Expert in technology, OS Linux/Windows, Database (SQL Server, Oracle, My SQL), Storage and Virtualization (VMWare based), Networking, AD and Exchange, etc.
5. Efficient project management skills & ability, plan & evaluate SOW & resource assignment, delivery cost budget, as well as identify risks & describe mitigation approach, constantly drive project to successful result
6. Strong knowledge and management in ITIL processes, ability in process control, measurement and optimization
7. Comprehensive understanding and managed service in Security & Compliance
8. Data Center & Cloud technical solution & operation management experience & ability preferred
9. Strong leadership & will to win attitude
