职责描述：
•Identify and develop the strategy of the Quality department.

•Standardize the SQA, QA, QC Operations Procedures and improve the effectiveness.
规范SQA, QA, QC等操作程序，提高效率
•Define the Role and Responsibility of each quality team, set up SMART goals, and measure the KPI of the individual team members.
明确本部门各团队的职责，制定SMART目标，评估每个团队成员的KPI。
•Secure Customers’ quality requirements from NPI to Run Rate stage. Strengthen the connection with the Customers,
保障客户从NPI到量产运行阶段的的质量需求，增强与客户的联系。
•Standardize, improve, and enforce the Supplier Qualification with Operation Department, and carry out the Supplier Management Qualification Procedures with Corp SQA.
与运营部门一起规范、改善和强化供应商审核，与集团SQA一起执行供应商管理资格程序。
•Review and approve Failure Analysis report. Act as focus point providing intelligent analysis of quality issues, determining true root cause and permanent corrective and preventive actions.
审核审批事故分析报告。着重提供质量问题的智能分析报告，确定问题的根源并且能永久性纠正和预防此问题。
•Manage QA to ensure the NPI will be fully evaluated thru the process according to the E2 process
品质经理需要确保NPI过程能够通过E2流程被充分评估。
•Manage SQA to secure the components are meeting the specification and requirements from Engineering and Production Lines.
管理SQA团队，确保来自工程和产线的产品能够达到质量要求和规范。
•Coordinate SQA and IQC to ensure the components and Finished Goods from OSP are meeting specification before releasing to the Production Lines.
整合SQA和IQC团队确保来自OSP的配件和成品进入产线之前达到质量规范要求。
•Ensure the First Article Inspection (FAI) process and corrective action plan will be implemented before mass production.
确保首件检验和纠正改善措施能在量产之前执行。
•Manage IPQC to secure each of the assembly processes will be carried out per SOP and CTQ.
管理IPQC确保每个组装流程都能按照SOP和CTQ来实行。
•Manage OQC to secure each lots of Finished Goods are verified before shipping.
管理OQC确保每批成品在海运之前都能被核查。
•Review quality assurance documentation to ensure that the production process is well monitored, implemented, and documented.
核查质量控制文档以确保生产流程被良好地监控、实施和记录。
•Ensure the Quality Engineers to train up suppliers on primary quality tools; SPC, Problem Solving, DFx, FMEA, etc. Improve outgoing quality by Statistic Process Analysis and Control.
确保质量工程师在主要质量工具、SPC、问题解决、DFx, FMEA等方面对供应商进行培训。通过统计过程分析与控制提升产品出厂质量。
•Provide expert knowledge and data to Belkin technical staff to influence product, sub-assembly, and components designs based upon process and product quality data and trend information.
基于产品质量数据和趋势信息为贝尔金技术人员提供专业的知识和数据来提升产品、部件装配以及组件设计。
•Identify and conduct schedule training program to Quality and other departments.
为质量以及其他部门确定主导安排培训计划。
•Communicate with other team or/and external laboratory regarding new updated regulations and requirement for new items. Incorporate all new compliance into QA’s general internal requirements.
与其他团队或外部实验室就更新的合规要求或新增项目的要求进行沟通，并将所有新增的合规要求纳入QA的常规内部要求。
•Work with Operations to secure AVL and address improvement plan in terms of AVL score card
与运营部门合作实施AVL和依据AVL记分卡解决改进计划
•Meet the owner / GM of AVL suppliers with poor performance
与表现不佳的供应商及时进行沟通，确保改善或就供应商策略进行调整
•Manage the compliance of ISO9001 and ISO14001
确保ISO9001 和 ISO14001等相关体系的合规要求得到执行，并负责相关体系的申报、审核等工作
任职要求：
•Minimum seven years’ experience in QA field with significant hands-on quality and manufacturing experience. Solid experience in Consumer Electronics or equivalent. Exposure to ISO9001, 14001, IEC60950, IEC60884 BS1363, UL, CE, FCC, EMI, A/C Tick, IPC610, USBIF, TID and MFI is preferred
至少在质量领域有7年的工作经验以及实际质量和制造业的经历。在消费电子产品或类似相关产业有扎实的经验。了解ISO9001, 14001, IEC60950, IEC60884 BS1363, UL, CE, FCC, EMI, A/C Tick, IPC610, USBIF, TID 和 MFI优先。
•Solid analytical skills. Understand and able to generate quality metrics

•Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and good attitude in working with China factories, overseas customers and internal colleagues. Good command in English both writing and speaking
具备与中国工厂、海外顾客以及内部同事共事的良好人际交往能力和态度。良好的英语沟通和读写能力。
•Able to work independently under pressure and can accept multiple tasks simultaneously

•This position will require some travel in China and Overseas
