职位描述
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Focusing on develop new customers and opportunities in Asia for TT capabilities and services.
2.Understand TT Electronics GMS capabilities, dig out new sales leads in new customers and markets, continue following and penetrating the opportunities and won sales PO in the end.
3.Able to develop the business interest in line with TT GMS plans.
4.Able to use and input in sales CRM platform like Sales Force.
5.Will open new areas of business relating to the core business, and will clearly define new products and services relevant to his area.
6.Will report by means of formal procedural documentation each week on progress.
7.Will prepare monthly reports on new customer connections.
8.Will investigate through both existing self- knowledge and market research the potential for expansion of TT EIS’s business interests in his area.
9.Long term commercial sense and capability to manage the local sales team.
10.Organize all the members to identify the dangerous fountainhead.
Qualifications:
1.Education/Experience/Credentials
1.1Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering area.
1.2Business development working experience in a multi-national manufactory company. AE, NPI, design engineers background would also be an advantage.
1.3 Be able to demonstrate a high level of successful sales at profitable margins.
1.4Have an engineering background through commercial technical sales support activities.
1.5Demonstrate astute business awareness and have considerable negotiation skills.
1.6Should be Open minded, friendly, active, faithful and smart.
1.7Organize all the members to identify the dangerous fountainhead.
1.8Knowledge and experience in medical, mass transportation, aerospace and high end industrial.
1.9Knowledge and experience on Electronics components and manufacture.
2.Language Ability
Good communicate skill both in English and Chinese Mandarin.
3.Computer Skills
Computer literate, and have full understanding of Power Point, Word, Excel and be able to convince clients using professional presentations.
