职责描述：
1. Act as HR partner to business units in Shanghai/Suzhou, provide “ one station” solutions to business leaders(plant GMs/PM/ operation manager)
2. Be responsible for overall HR issues in the plants/ offices in Shanghai including
- employee training & development, including planning and execution
- employee relationship management and communications
- headcount plan and recruitment plan
-employee compensation and benefits development together with C&B supervisor ( except expatriates and GMs)
- employee retention and organizational succession planning
- performance culture and management
- labor force and labor cost management
- maintenance of HR information system
3.works with VP HR in China to work out HR agenda for China
4. supports product division HRs to develop division HR agenda
任职要求：
1、 Familiar with China labor laws and regulations
2、Good professional networks
3、Strategically and professional thinking and acting
4、Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
5、 Open, self-motivated and self-started, integrity, honesty, easy going and good personality
6、5-8 years professional working experience and 3-5 years in managerial position
7、Fluent English
