职责描述：
1. Mainly be responsible for Project of NG consumption from perspective of Finishing &Kits process.
2. Improve material flow and optimize the workshop layout;
3. Analyze existing production resources, figure out a reasonable and feasible method to optimize process
4. Measure each production process handling and manufacturing time;
5. Improve site 5S and visualization management;
6. Implement quality system in workshop effectively;
7. Supervise safety and environment in workshop;
8. MRP system ( Navision - BOM & Routine) data updating and maintenance of Finishing product;
9. Use Lean and QC tool to improve production process;
10. TWI system maintenance and schedule training for employees;
11. Check and track production situation、factory capacity analysis and capacity/capability plan and arrangement.
12. Other tasks assigned by superior;
13. Understand and strictly follow safety and environment instructions for all specific jobs
任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree in engineering , mechanical manufacturing or equivalent discipline;
2. 3+ years working experience in MFG industry, mininum2+ years as production engineer is a must;
3. Knowledge and experience of 5S, visualization management are required, lean production and Six Sigma experience is a priority;
4. Expert of AutoCAD, +2 years shift management experience and +3 years lean manufacturing experience, lean engineer is preferred, must be with a belt in 6∑ ;
5. Be good at processing/designing of mechanical products, be able to workout documents for processes; be good at industrialization of new products, be able to calculate cycle time and capacity
6. Be familiar with production line’s layout and design; be familiar with quality control
7. Driving improvements and have a positive approach to work
8. Keep promises both internally and externally
9. Do the right things at the right time with the right speed
10. Make sure our customers are satisfied and providing them with the best products and solutions
11. Demonstrate the courage to say “no” when necessary, taking stands on important issues
12. Strong co-operation and team spirit
13. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
14. Proficient in computer skills, good command of English;
15. Supervisory ability; and task driven with high degree of integrity, highly motivated;
16. Good communication skill and strong team spirit;
17. Be able to work under pressure and high sense of responsibility.
