职责描述：-Monthly/quarterly/yearly group reporting according to group guidelines.
-Analyzes financial status by collecting, monitoring, and studying data; recommending actions.
-Determines cost of operations by establishing standard costs; collecting operational data.
-Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
-Guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions.
-Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.
-Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data.
-Preparation of Year End Financial Statements, corporate with the local and group auditor on the annual auditing.
-Internal control on each process such as purchasing, sale, inventory control, etc.
-Other tasks assigned by FC.



任职要求：-Be familiar with relative finance laws and regulations, policy and accounting principle.
-Bachelor degree in Finance/ Accounting, Business, or equivalent
-Minimum 5 years of work experience in accounting, financial planning and analysis in manufacturing companies as a accountant, and at least 5 years management
-Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities and perform job responsibilities accurately.
-Advanced proficiency in quantitative analysis and financial modeling
-Ability to work in a project team-oriented environment
-Experience with costing.
-Fluent English, professional office skills.
-Good ethics, honest, be responsible, strong personality.
