任职资格Qualifications：
1-大专以上学历，材料，机械，自动化，发动机制造等相关专业。
College degree or above, measuring instrumentation related majors.
2-5年实验室相关工作经验，熟悉各项试验设备如力学性能测试，脉冲测试，老化测试，泄露测试等的使用。
5 years of relevant experience in laboratory, capability to perform product validation work in a coordinated manner.
3- 需要具备很好的专业技术能力 ，对试验设计需要有很好的理解及实施能力。
A good understanding of Design of Experiments is highly preferred.
4-计算机能力 – 熟练使用 Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel等软件
Computer Skills – Able to use Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
5-语言能力 – 能够进行英语交流优先.
Language Skills – can understand English is prefer.
6- 沟通能力 –必须具备能够把试验结果通过邮件或者测试报告的形式清楚向团队成员进行描述沟通的能力，能够快速及时清晰的跟踪更新测试数据。
Communication Skills – Must be able to communicate experimental results clearly to team member and supervisor through email, verbal communication and/or concise report. Require to update research notebook clearly and promptly.
7- 团队合作–必须具备团队合作能力。能够跟各个部门成员进行良好的合作沟通。
Teamwork – Must be able to work collaboratively within Technology team and analytical team if
necessary. The ability to work with people having different personalities and different job
functions is a must

主要职责Main Responsibilities：
1-依据验证实验计划，严格实施完成各项试验，提供准确有效的试验数据并出具准确的试验报告。熟悉实验室所涉及的各项测试包括力学性能测试，环境老化测试，尺寸测量，物理及化学性能测试等。
Perform laboratory tests in order to produce reliable and precise data. This will include physical, and /or analytical testing and measurement .Coordinate performance of intra-group or external subcontracted testing, in compliance with cost/quality/lead time requirements.
2- 负责所涉及测试项目及设备各项文件的管理，做好试验数据的分析，对测试的结果能够依据模板编制专业的报告，并能清楚明确的向团队进行说明阐述试验过程及各项疑问。Document experimental work, carry out data analysis, write technical reports and interpret results to present to supervisor and/or technology team
3-能够读懂并能依据各项测试标准如ASTM, ISO, GB 及客户要求进行试验。熟悉汽车行业IATF16949管理要求，能依据试验室管理体系ISO17025要求进行每日试验工作。
Read test methods, understand ASTM, ISO, GB and customer standards. Abide by the regulation of ISO17025 and IATF16949.
4-具备学习及自我提升的能力，依据专业知识能够对实验室操作过程及实验过程进行有效改善的能力。
Improve skill levels within the laboratory: make skills in his/her area of expertise available to other departments
5-负责试验设备的维护保养，保证试验设备符合试验要求的各项性能要求，做好设备运行过程中的监督及检查，做好设备的计量校准管理及备品备件管理工作。
Maintain equipment required for validation testing and ensure its ability to satisfy customer needs. Monitor test facilities under his/her responsibility (start-up, compilation of equipment file, calculation of uncertainties, checks/calibrations, maintenance)
6-负责实验室的清洁整理工作，做好
5S. Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of his/her work environment
7- 执行ISO14001、IATF16949的相关条款，承担公司体系文件规定的相关（安全、环境和质量）责任。
Abide by the regulation of ISO14000 ,IATF16949 and take the responsibility in safety, environment and quality written in company system documents.
8-主管安排的其他工作
