Qualification:
1.本科或以上学历，工业工程或机械类专业为佳
Bachelor degree or above, industrial or mechanical engineering majors is preferred
2.3年以上相关工作经验
At least 3 years of relevant work experience
3.熟悉注塑件焊接工艺或注塑工艺优先
Plastic parts welding or injection molding background is preferred
4.熟悉工业工程方法，熟悉失效模式分析
Familiar with industrial engineering methods，Familiar with FMEA Failure Mode Analysis Tools
5.熟悉FEMA、APQP、PPAP、SPC、MSA相关知识
Familiar with APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA-related knowledge
6.良好的英文听、说、读、写能力
Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills

Responsibility:
1.具备较好的沟通及协调能力，能协调解决产品设计、工艺、设备、生产、质量等多方面的技术问题。及时处理生产线出现的技术问题，确保生产线的正常运行。
Good communication and coordination skill can coordinate the technical issues among R&D, Process, Maintenance, production, quality and so on. Handle various problems arising in production in time to ensure the normal operation of production line.
2.负责生产线的节拍测定，生产线人员的配置，定期对过程能力和生产线产能进行计算分析，保证过程能力的稳定，不断提高劳动生产率。
Responsible for determining steps of the production line, configuration of production staff; calculate and analyze the process capability and production capacity regularly to ensure the stability of the process and continuous productivity improvement.
3.责编制和维护工艺文件，并对生产线人员进行工艺培训，定期根据标准审核生产线；强化质量意识，提高产品质量，减少生产过程差错
Prepare detailed process documents, train operators, audit lines according to standards. Strengthen the sense of Quality. Improve product quality. Reduce the rate of deviation.
4.参与工程变更项目小组，提供必要的工艺技术支持；
Participate in engineering change projects, provide the necessary technology support.
5.定期与新项目工艺工程师进行沟通，熟悉新产品的过程和特性，在项目量产后接手产品和产线。
Regularly communicate with the new project process engineer, familiar with the process of new product and features, take over product and production line after project SOP.
6.负责生产工艺改进，提高生产效率和产品合格率。优化设备，降低生产成本。
Take part in process continuous improvements and optimizations, improve the production efficiency and FTY. Optimize machine, and reduce the production cost.
7.对客服投诉的问题及时作出反馈，与团队一起做追溯调查，及时解决客户投诉问题。
Timely feeding back to customer complaints, tracing and investigating with the team, solve problems as soon as possible.
8.完成领导交代的其他任务，配合其他部门完成相关工作
Other temporary tasks assigned by manager. Cooperate with other departments when necessary.
