Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. More than 6 years relative working experience in Automotive industry.
3. Be familiar with quality tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, QSB, QRQC etc).
4. Good English writing and speaking.
5. Enough knowledge for CPK, PPK, CMK analysis as well as incoming inspection sampling & document management.

Responsibility:
1. Implements quality tools(MSA,SPC,Pareto Chart,Fishbone, Global 8D etc) on the projects, according to the customer reference and the internal procedures for qualification process.
2. Measures the efficiency of actions and valid for incoming issue(with SQE), production issue.
3. Defines the control process: implements control sheets and control cards on the work stations
4. Evaluates the risks of non-compliance with the commitments made to customers, warning the group project , production management and escalate to management if required to solve the issue.
5. Participates in the updating of DFMEA ,PFMEA CP, Flow Chart if there is some issues on production products and must be updated thanks to 8D report.
6. Ensures the reporting of quality indicators within the management and central Quality.
7. Problem solving to be followed up effectively.
8. Implementation of QSB and QRQC.
9. Continuous improve manufacuring performance to achieve global target.
10. Accepts according to the PQIP the internal and IQIP external components
11. Manages the product at start up phase:Dimensional analysis, functional tests, and raise the production approval report.
12. Plans and carries out the process audits (internal )
13. Checks during tests or product audits the obtention of the required quality level
14. Informs the members of the project group of the safety problems
15. Follow up his actions on Plant Kaizen plan, participate to process improvement group.
16. Abide by the regulation of ISO14001 and IATF16949 and take the responsibility in security , environment and quality written in company system documents.
17. Follow all SOGEFI procedure and Working instructions.
18. Manage SAP figures and updates link to quality for incoming, finished goods shipping (manage information of quarantine area and inform logistic to update SAP)
19. Participates in the orientation training of new operators; GP-12 station and final inspection inspectors reinforce training regularly to improve skill level thanks to skill matrix done by production
20. Lead level 2 layer audit to ensure every function(Production,logistic,maintenance) followed WI and procedure
21. Assist quality manager to develop and implement the quality of work
