职责描述：
Follow up new program schedule and status, keep communicating with customer/internally and Knoxville, and make sure new program can be launched on time, coordinate corresponding function department to solve any issue happened during launch process.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related 2 years work experience at least in a Multi National Company, New program coordination skill. Good speaking/writing/reading English. Active work attitude and strong sense of emergency. Male is prefer

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Understand customer requirement for a new product, provide supports to solve customer concerns from new product
2.Establishes new program schedule based on customer timeline and discuss with corresponding functional department
3.Initial a internal detail program schedule to follow up
4.Keep communicating with customer/internal/Knoxville to make sure any issues related with program/product can be coordinated and solved in time
5.Monitor program status after SOP and provide any supports if need.
6.Support localization program and ECO/ECR/CR implementation
7.Performs other job related duties as assigned.
